Frequently Asked Questions

  • What do I need to bring for my first appointment with Dr. McQueen?

We require that new  patients provide proof of insurance, photo ID, and of course a smile.

  • How often should I return for a standard checkup?

Typically, we recommend a checkup once every 6-8 months. If not monitored and treated with proper care, cavities, missing or damaged teeth, and infections of the gum could develop into more serious complications.

  • How far in advance can I schedule an appointment?

We can schedule appointments as far ahead as two months in advance, if necessary. We also require at least 24-hours notice for each appointment, and appointment times requested may already be booked by the time you call.

  • How long will my appointment take?

Routine checkups typically take between 30 and 60 minutes, although more complex procedures may take longer.

  • Do you do Root Canals?

Yes.

  • Can you give me braces?

No.
